Ingredients
- 1 package NOH Chinese Roast Chicken Mix (1 1/8 oz.)
- 1 - 2 lbs chicken (whole or parts)
Cooking Tools
- Small mixing bowl
- Baking pan
Directions
- Rinse chicken in water and pat dry.
- Rub NOH Chinese Roast Chicken Mix thoroughly onto chicken and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake chicken for 30 minutes or until done.
