    I love this product. It makes it so easy to make char sit pork loin, bbq ribs, and also char sir style chicken thighs. Easy to use. Love it.

    I have used this product for years. First time buying in the 3# size. I love this stuff. Makes perfect Chinese BBQ ribs, chicken etc. Adds nice flavor to other Asian dishes, too. Sweet and full of flavor. I tend to use it as more of a dry rub rather than adding water. Most meats seem to have enough of their own liquid after marinating a little while. Really yummy.
