Buying the 3 pound bag is convenient and now having roast chicken weekly. Simple and easy to marinate .
Also buying hard to find products in bulk makes mainland living easier especially born and raised
    In Hawaii.

  2. Easiest way to make Chinese Chicken

I’m Vietnamese. This is very similar to a dish my mom makes. Every dish my mom makes is labor intensive. This is as easy as shake and bake. It doesn’t get an easier than that. I throw boneless skinless chicken thighs in a gallon zip lock bag. Add the seasoning. Shake it up to make sure it’s thoroughly coated and let it sit for 30 minutes before putting it in a casserole dish and in the oven. 40 minutes later, we’re sitting down enjoying Chinese roasted chicken.

  3. The Best and Simple

I have been going to a Vietnamese restaurant and they have a dish called Cam Ga Ro Ti, and it was really good the first time I had it. It is a Cornish game hen split down the breast and and folded out, and then spices are put on and baked. It was ok the second and third time, but not great. I have always bought NOH mixes as they are the best, and I knew from before that this tasted very close to what they served only on chicken. I tried it on the Cornish Game Hens and it was even better than the restaurant. The problem was individual packet in Arizona cost $1.69, and it would take 2 packets to cook 2 hens. So I bought the 3 lb bag, and was very happy with the price of $14.00 considering the price of single packets, however the shipping was $14.08 and it was shipped from California. Still overall a great product, and still cheaper than single packets. People love this beyond belief, and it is always loved. I just wish the shipping price would come down. Great product !!!
